I have requested to close my account with them as I needed to move out, I gave the notice period for more than a month. They have responded saying they closed my account however, they 2 months after they closed my account they were continuing charging me.
I have requested my refund, they took a while and proceeded with my return. Another month came and they charged me again a different value, suggesting they would credit my account with the value, I got back to them saying my account was closed so there was no reason to credit an account that I did not have anymore, and requested the return.
It took more 2 weeks for the return to be processed. This company is unreliable, questionable and not transparent at all.
