Customer service was poor to say the least in the most polite way, lacking in attentiveness, response (ie. the timing it took or even just a struggle to even get a response), never available, always ‘away’ and when it stated they’d ‘be back in 1 hour’ for example, they never did or as previously mentioned didn’t bother to respond. Overall poor effort and lacking in a lot of ways in the customer service sector, needs immediate attention. Also within settings there is no option for support/help, FAQ’s, T&C’s, report a technical fault or issue, just to say a few. Overall vast improvements need to be made, great concept but currently the delivery of it to it politely, is inadequate. Please take this constructive criticism into account for further improvements, kind regards.
