At time of registration they took 4 months to investigate my back ground. Orka works asked me all sorts of docs from HMRC & DWP to make sure I was genuine. Unfortunately when I started applying for jobs I realised that their service is so pathetic. I wonder how they are surviving with minimum amount of jobs being given away to candidates. Request for bookings don’t get decided until last day. In fact in certain cases my 3 weeks bookings vanished from calendar altogether as if they never existed. How pathetic is that. I received a message yesterday that ownership has changed so service will improve which I bought. I don’t want anyone to rely on them as they will make you wait for all your booking requests and they end up on vanishing from calendar without a reason.
