Along with many others, it seems, I was told that my TWO orders for Orla Kiely face masks had been `Lost in the post`.
I found it unlikely at the time that two parcels had both been lost (I'd hoped that there were two parcels - i'd have been even more unhappy if they'd put two in one package after i'd paid two lots of p&p!).
They'd already admitted that they'd had huge demand for the masks, so why not just admit that they didn't have enough to fill the orders and issue refunds?
Better to be honest than try to put the blame on the Royal Mail!
