Came across this website when Amazon couldn’t deliver my usual order. I was pleasantly surprised how much cheaper it was and some amazing offers on your dog treats, kong toys etc. I placed an order and paid for express delivery. I was getting worried about not being delivered so contacted them by email. The reply was quick and just fab customer service, so friendly and polite and my order had been sent out already(tracking had just not been updated). I received good quality stuff and will definitely be ordering again and this will be instead of Amazon. Big thanks to your team x
