Very trustworthy website, prices for the high back litter trays are amazing compared to other websites, the calming spray works, I'm actually trying to introduce an older rescue cat to my younger rescue cat, the spray doesn't make them be the best of friends but it has stopped the hissing and growling and they can be in the same room as each other and it is an instant effect bit stinky for me when its first sprayed but it dies down and the cats like it, I have recommended this website to family and friends and will continue to recommend Ormskirk pets
