Hello. Amazing quality fur baby items. I'm just waiting on an email back from you regarding the missing screws from one of the items we ordered.. Customer Service have been so good in trying to get the issue sorted.. which I hope will be soon. I do understand that it's the Supplier's who are at fault, not Ormskirk Pets.
Update: I have received the screws in the post and we have finished the build for my fur baby, she loves it.
