While everything in my order arrived okay, I was disappointed in the speed of delivery. It took 3 working days just to dispatch my order and a full week to be delivered from ordering. If it was free delivery I wouldn't have minded so much, but postage was paid for. I wanted to support a smaller business, but had also expected a bit more focus on customer experience in return, with speedier dispatch at least.
