Not sure if we were just unlucky but not a great experience. Ordered a dog booster seat which after a week or so had not arrived. Contacted Ormskirk Pets who told me that they had none in stock. Disappointing that I had to contact them and they did not advise me. You would expect system to not take orders if an item is not in stock. Was told that it should be in stock the next day, unfortunately after chasing was told that it had not arrived and may arrive in the next day or so. Anyway it eventually arrived but altough it stated it was a medium it was too small for our Cavapoo. Had to return the booster seat and was told that postage would have to be paid by ourselves (£8+). Perhaps we were just unlucky but overall not a great experience.
