The prices are good, but the communication is appalling. I'd ordered on a Thursday. I messaged to say how desperate I was for the food and it was explained in a message that they don't ship on a Friday as it needs to be next day as frozen. It would be Monday. They asked me if I still wanted to carry on with the order, to which I replied, I did. I had to buy in to keep me going until Tuesday. My fault for not ordering in time. The order wasn't shipped on the Monday at all. No response to any messages so had no idea if I was still receiving an order.. I still have not received any response but have received a shipment message. Sent on the Tuesday. I only have a small freezer, so as I went out to buy elsewhere, now will struggle for room. Prices are good but when an issue, absolutely no way to get in touch as they only respond if they feel like it!
