Ordered over £90 worth of dog food, to be told after a week of waiting and chasing, they only had 1 box of the 4 items and waiting for more to arrive. Asked how long the wait would be, to be told their supplier doesn't stock it anymore.
After accepting the 1 item as I was desperate, i had to pay postage which wasn't mentioned. Also took another week for a refund!
Checked website a few days later, and by magic, they're advertising the same stuff for a lot dearer price.
Won't be using them again!
