I feel that I can only reiterate what I have heard and read about the service from Orranje. I initially contacted Oli last year about the auxiliary drive belt on my R53 and, despite me asking many questions, at no point did I get any pressure to order. It’s only over the lockdown period that I’ve had the time, and inclination, to order the parts that we’d discussed previously. The order process was very simple and I had update emails at every stage of the picking, packing and dispatch of my parts. Even more impressively, especially in these unusual circumstances, the parts were delivered within 24 hours of my order. If that doesn’t warrant a 5 star review then I don’t know what does.
