I bought a pair of winter boots for my son he wore them literally for a few hours and the stitching fell apart and I contacted customer service since the store bought it at said that they only do 90 days and I bought them before winter arrived to be ready after contacting customer service they said that a third party deals with warranty stuff since they are the ones that make and build it they just have a name on it. The third party contacted me and told me that they would exchange it which made me feel great but they didn't have my size I asked if I could have the amount of the replacement and go to my local store and buy a pair at that time they said that they wouldn't be able to help me out cuz I lost the receipt what would be the difference from them giving me a refund of the amount or exchanging it for a new pair?! I had an issue with a Columbia pair of boots that I bought 5 years ago and 5 days later I had a brand new pair.
