Osmosis is the least user-friendly platform I have ever used. I found it completely useless for studying purposes. When I reached out to the company trying to get a refund, they denied me a refund and stated that they only give refunds to those who purchased a full year membership. Those who are students may have trouble purchasing the full year membership due to its steep cost, but they will pay the price if they find this platform as useless as I did. No compassion from the company for those who required assistance. It is clear that this company cares about making a profit and not about its users. Would not recommend this to anyone.
