I would like to see you cover the topics reviewed in Lange's pathophysiology and also Harrisons principles of internal medicine. This is the crux of internal medicine along with the Washington manual topics. But my rating for now is a 10/10. Thank you I'm glad I joined . Osmosis helps clear up alot of ambiguities I have from reading alone . I've become a better doctor . Keep going !!!
