I bought this prior to going our of country on long trip with 3 major transfers bc I could download videos offline. First I just wanted to download all the hematology videos, no way to do that. I had to add each one, one at a time to Playlist. The go to that Playlist and download one at a time. Took me over an hour and half. I watched some of the videos offline on one day on tablet. Next day, 4 hr van ride, the reason I bought osmosis. Went to tablet to settle in and watch videos, not a single one was there. All 20 videos I downloaded were gone! It was just a message that said you haven't downloaded any videos yet. I know I didn't delete them! Total waste of time and lost opportunity to study. At my next destination I downloaded picmonic and had no trouble on trip. Osmosis completely wasted my time!
