The flowers are beautiful and always are to satisfaction. The delivery service is horrific. We opted for same delivery order early in the day (8 am). Our delivery person arrived close to midnight, woke our ten year old out of bed after repeated knocks and doorbell rings, and caused our household significant stress. All of this despite our saying that the 'next day' was ok when ordering. No contact was made throughout the day to let us know the delivery would arrive so late. Completely unprofessional and as a consequence we will never use this service again. If you choose to use this service opt for the pickup option.
