Ottawa Flowers Inc ruined my day, they were mean on the phone, the box with a fancy finishing looks so poor and the delivery guy kept delaying the order (4 calls)… the order was made in advance to receive it between 9 am and 5 pm, 9 pm and nothing received yet !!! Thank you for ruining my day!
