I was disappointed by OttowaFlowers because their website is not accurate. The inventory they say they have available is not accurate, the floral arrangement I selected which was available on the website turned out to not be available and I was not given a refund option. I was also not pleased that if the floral arrangement can not be delivered the first attempt they charge you a second attempt delivery fee.
