Ottawa Flowers was able to take my order over the phone and easily customize the order of a boutineer and small vase with matching orchids in a desired colour that was not shown on the website. The message to the recipient looked beautiful and was as instructed and the delivery happened perfectly. I was able to order the flowers and they were delivered in only a couple of hours.
