The flowers were beautiful but the delivery process was horrendous. They tried delivering without calling first and then told me it would be another $20 to attempt a 2nd delivery. The second time they phoned so were successful. You can phone first without ruining the surprise which they did the second time anyways. $40 to deliver a $70 bouquet is insane. Clearly their profit model is on deliveries and not flowers...
