Very bad experience this week with the Thurston outlet. Received an email an hour after ordering online saying that my order was "On Hold" without any specific reason. Called them right away and had to leave a message. No one ever called me back to fix the problem. I had to call them again around 5:00 PM after they missed the delivery time. Finally fixed the problem with them (wrong expiry date for my credit card). The bad news then was that it was too late for them for deivery (it was 6:00 PM) and that their driver already left. I had to arrange for a Uber driver to pick and deliver the flowers to my wife. Poor customer surface when I called (it felt like if they were not caring about the situation). Poor internet site. I went online to their survey link to complain but once the form was completed, I had an error message and lost all information. Went then on their Contact Us link and was automatically prompted to start a chat with one of their operators. Which I did... but after waiting 5 minutes, no one ever answered me back at the other end. Very dissapointed by the service and the lack of caring of the teams.
