I recently hired a car from the Dulwich branch, and my experience has note been great. I also received a Penalty Charge Notice for a violation that occurred when I wasn't even driving the car!
A few months after returning the car, I received a letter from the company notifying me of a PCN. The violation occurred on a day when I had already returned the vehicle. Despite providing evidence that I was not the driver at the time, the company did absolutely nothing!
The customer service was atrocious. Each representative I spoke to was dismissive and unhelpful, insisting that the fine was my responsibility. When I requested to speak to a manager, I was told they would have called me later.
It's clear that the company doesn't care about their customers. Their handling of this situation was unprofessional and unfair as I found myself in debt in something I haven’t done and an enforcement to my place has been arranged due in a few days. I will never hire a car from them again. This experience has been a complete disaster.
