hi, i had a problem with a car that i am using from Otto Car for 2 months and no one could helo me with, i booked at kia to have it sorted but kia would not figure it out; one day after many calls to Otto car, it happened that this time Mr. Show from Otto Car actually knew exactely what was happening with car. Mr. Show called kia, explained them what it was, and i could get my car back to work. Mr. Show was very amazing and was giving me all the support i needed all the way. He was brilliant.
