Excellent service from the Otto's Tackle World team, specially Jay and Ernie for good communication to help me out about my order. Paid some extra dollars to upgrade the item that I ordered but they out of stock with the new 20 Saltiga! Received two days later after the payment. Love the 20 Saltiga!! Thanks guys, awesome!
