Great service and fast postage. First order arrived wtihin 4 days of the order being placed.
For my second order, they were out of stock on one particular item. I got a phone call from them the next day and a substitution for the out of stock item was offered and accepted.
All round it has been a pleasure dealing with Otto's and will continue to order from them.
