I shopped online from Otto's due to lockdowns and global shortage of, well everything really. However because the doors have to close the work still goes on behind and this where good traders shine, Like Otto's. I purchased a Daiwa Laguna 2500 for shore based fishing and Otto's had it packed and sent to the shipping agent the same day with confirmation its coming. The packaging was very substantial to say the least and arrived in perfect condition. I must admit I still get a little excited opening packages maybe more so than buying in the store but nothing beats face to face shopping. Thank you Otto's. Will happily shop again.
