I try to buy locally (SA), but when it is not stocked or they do not get enough call for X, Y or Z or they do not have an account with distributor A, B or C, then I travel out further to keep it local. Not any more, Otto's an email away & with a little planning you have the items when you need them, plus place a qualifying minimum dollar value order you avoid any freight & it is at the front door in a few days. Good service & attention by phone to sort out any questions if needed as was once the case. Good people to deal with.
