I’ve never dealt with a better retailer. They go above and beyond great service. Unfortunately, my order this time was delivered to me in a damaged state. I am tracking down why this happened and checked with Otto’s staff. They described how my order was packaged by them and it is clear that somewhere in transit the parcel was not looked after. My claim is still ongoing.
