This was my second purchase with Otto's and I was again pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the staff. I placed an order on line for a rod (I opted to pick the item) on a Sat afternoon and within a couple of hours it was already completed. I was also contacted twice (I could not take the call) on my mob. to confirm the lot.
