I recently ordered 3 pare of scissors for fly tying and within an hour a young sales person rang me to inform me that the scissors were out of production but offered me another pair that were in stock I agreed and they were in the post that evening and I received them and I am very happy with my Dr Slick and kershaw scissors and would definitely use Otto's for further sales in fly fishing products as the service was excellent.
