Upon reaching out to Otto's once again, I was informed that the employee responsible for the repair would remain unavailable for an additional two weeks. Given the wait of nearly four months, I made the decision to retrieve my reel and seek repair services from an alternative establishment. I'd recommend avoiding Otto's for your fishing gear needs. They also tend to be on the pricier side compared to other fishing stores. You might find better deals and service elsewhere.
