So Ottas was really nice and the bloke calls me as the order I made was unable to be done as they were out of stock of one of the Crabs (UV) so they asked if I was happy to replace and I said ok.
If I was running this business I would of put something extra or a note as thank you or just something for the inconvenience.
but the Cranka Crabs are a great product and the price was the best here. I just personally would have looked after a customer who was happy to bend for their mistake and shown appreciation.
