Bought a 500m 30lb mono line online. Paid for it on the 16th june and will receive by 22nd june. Received an email on the 19th june (friday) saying my item is rejected cause of incorrect address. No delivery attemp at all. I called ottos that afternoon and they reilised they put the wrong address and i was told its ok to pick up on the weekend.
I went to ottos at 2pm today (sunday 21st june) and i was told to pay for the item again so they can refund the money once rejected item was received from aus post. Once they reilised aus post did not attemp the delivery they decided to give me the item.
They went to get the item to me and they came back saying they didint have the item in stock. By that stage im a very upset customer.
1. They put wrong address on item.
2. They tell me to pick up the item on the weekend.
3. They wanted me to pay again for item that i havent seen.
4. I go to pick up the item and they dont have any in stock.
5. Not even an apology.
They made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. I will never ever shop from ottos tackle drummoyne.
P.s - i got the line picked up from the shop by a a friend of mine that shopped today at ottos drummoyne. (24th)
