They shipped my order, a calendar, promptly, but unfortunately it was delivered to another house incorrectly, Sophie of ourberylcook.com was so helpful in enabling me to trace the package, responding to my questions so promptly, even on a Sunday morning, that I was able to find it before it had been returned to the courier, and my friend had her much loved calendar for Christmas.
