We absolutely love our garden shed. From calling to confirm our order, talking to Lindsay, she was awesome, took me through the whole shipping process. And when I had a question, I talked to Ute, she was fabulous also. She took me through the delivery process. We have nothing but great things to say as they went over and beyond to help with their customer service. Love the directions for the shed, easy to read, pictures and all parts marked and what steps they went to, that was a lifesaver. I wasn't sure if my husband wanted to put it together and I had someone else on the back burner just in case but it was easy and I just can't say enough how wonderful the company and their product is.
