I originally bought a 3rd party fake palm tree from them but when it arrived it really was very low quality. To their absolute credit, Outdoor Living responded immediately, sent a driver to swap it out with a far superior, non made-in-China alternative that I am more than happy with. Well done to you for making it simple and customer-friendly experience. You can tell this is a family-run business who really do care.
