GREEDY, SNEAKY, UNTRUSTWORTHY
Want to be taken for a ride? This company is an expert! Not only do they insist on DOUBLING the price you pay from autumn to spring inclusive, only leaving you to pay a little less than the original amount in summer, they then raise their prices by almost 50%! Not good for those of us on an extremely low income and who have a medical condition meaning keeping warm is essential to keeping the condition under control. I joined Nov 2018 and now (start Dec 2018) am in process of switching to another company
