The van was well equipped and very clean. The staff were very friendly taking us round the van and demonstrated the equipment. They briefed us well on what to do with punctures etc so it was all clear and took the pressure off. They provided small things to make it go easier such as tea towels. This was our first trip and we would definitely use Out there again (they were verbally recommended to us). One tip is to take out insurance for deposits as this was recommended to us, we used Questor which was inexpensive and provided piece of mind in driving a large vehicle in confined campsite spaces.
