Bought a thumb splint from Ovalsplints, but it was too large. Bought a second one, but it was still too large. Company sent a selection of sizes to me to try, at no further cost. Returned the unwanted splints and got a refund for the extra splint I had bought. Very helpful customer service, with excellent advice and quick response.
