They have gone above and beyond to help my business climb in Google rankings and traffic, and they have worked on two projects with me. As a result, I rank for 175 keywords and I can barely handle the volume in business coming in, which says it all. Each month, we receive several reports, some more useful than others. There's a basic generic report with 15 metrics that I find the most useful. A Google Search Console report showing how many impressions and clicks we received. An overly detailed Google Analytics report. The Google My Business report which shows how many people found me on maps, and how they interacted with my site, such as searching directions, calling, etc. The final SEMrush report shows my keyword rankings, domain authority, backlinks, and competitor data. I can also request other detailed reports but I don't because it's way too much information. I highly recommend them.
