We placed the order Sunday for a casket for my dad based on other high reviews and pictures. First thing Monday morning we got a call from a nice man who informed us the selected casket was not available locally and offered 2 suggestions that we're similar and available. We picked one and it arrived at the funeral home ahead of the promised time two days later. It is beautiful and beyond our expectations. The funeral director was also very impressed that we were able to find such a nice casket for the price. He said it arrived in a very sturdy box and had no damage.
