I learned my lesson the hard way when the funeral home had me at my family's weakest. I swore it wouldn't happen again. 2nd time i had family member select a casket from overnight caskets prior to need. Surprisingly the conversation wasn't that difficult. The selection was better than the funeral home and the prices were much better. When that day came i was prepared. The casket showed up next day and was absolutely beautiful. We got more compliments on it than I expected. People were shocked when i told them where and how much. Do yourself and your family a favor and have the discussion sooner than later. Its a lesson you learn too late.
