We needed a casket quickly because of a National Holiday, which severely constricted our timeline. Overnight Caskets was honest with us. They said they could guarantee delivery on the day we needed, they couldn't promise the time (morning). We appreciated their candor. We went ahead with our order. When the casket didn't arrive in the morning--which they didn't promise--I called and they checked on the status. Within a short time, the mortuary called us and said it had been delivered. They had the casket delivered that day, as promised, in time for its needed use.
