My family was extremely pleased with the quality and appearance of the casket for our mother. It was substituted, with my permission, for one that was out of stock. I was concerned about the dark color of the casket in the website photo, but I was reassured that it was lighter in color than shown, and indeed it was. The color was very warm. The funeral director even remarked that it was very beautiful. We were surprised, too, that if arrived overnight, even though I had paid for 2-day shipping.
