I originally was going to order from Overnight through Amazon but then there would be a delay by several days so I went direct to site. It all went smooth and they kept in contact through whole process. The only set back is we paid extra to have the casket sent overnight but it actually took 2 days. When I inquired I was told that the cut off time to get next day was 1:00pm. But it was not listed anywhere on the site that I saw for a 1pm cut off. That cost an additional $150. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.
