The casket we received was beautiful and of premium quality. It was better even than the pictures. The funeral home we used confirmed that the price we paid was over 50% less than they could have offered. We paid extra for 3-day shipping and the casket arrived within the 3 days. Also, the original casket we selected online was out of stock. I received a phone call and email the next morning advising that the casket was out of stock and the representative was offering a similar casket (with a higher listing price) at the SAME price we paid for the out-of-stock casket. Our experience was excellent, and we will use Overnight Caskets again if the need arises and we will recommend Overnight Caskets to all of our contacts.
