The entire process was so easy. From selecting a casket online, to placing the order with the helpful staff who is available 24/7 days a week. Placing the order was easy and I was contacted by their staff the next morning to let me know my order had been shipped to the funeral home. They also contacted me the following day to let me know my order was out for delivery and the name of the courier service they were using. When we went to the funeral home for the viewing, the casket looked even better in person than it did online. I paid one third the price that the funeral home was going to charge for a similar casket. I would not hesitate to use the service again. You will not be disappointed in using this company.
