I was certainly skeptical about an online overnight casket company. This company took care of me and within the timeline I needed. The initial casket I chose ended up being out of stock, but the company contacted me directly and we made adjustments on the phone. The rep texted me photos of the replacement while we were talking for my approval. I was a bit worried the casket would not arrive on time at the appointed location, but all worked out well and as it was supposed to. The casket I selected looked like the photo I was sent. I would recommend to anyone.
