The online ordering was very simple. I paid extra for overnight shipping to ensure it arrived on time. The quality of the casket exceeded my expectations, the color was perfect (navy blue) and the details were immaculate. There were no imperfections and we received many compliments on how nice the casket was. The Funeral Home was very receptive to us ordering outside of their service to save expenses. Great service to have as an option.
